Postdoc Meet Up! "From thesis to book" on 15 September
How do I publish my PhD thesis as a book? How do I find and approach a publisher? What are the differences between a thesis and a book, and what are the necessary steps involved in re-writing the thesis as a book?
These, and other questions related to publishing will be addressed at the PhD and Postdoc Meet Up! From thesis to book. The event will take place on 15 September,
5 pm at Irchel Campus, UZH. There will be an informal gathering afterwards.
Speakers: Adrian Stähli, editor at Peter Lang for linguistics and English literature (amongst others), and Prof Matthieu Leimgruber, Professor for Associate Professor for 19th and 20th century history at the Research Institute for Social and Economic History (FSW), University of Zurich.
Please register here by 8 September
