Course objectives	The course focuses on reflecting on the leadership role and applying evidence-based leadership concepts to the participants’ specific leadership situations. Leadership frameworks will be discussed with a clear focus on learning and application. By the end of the course, participants will be able to understand, reflect, and apply leadership & management concepts and tools to their Postdoc context reflect on their leadership role improve leadership situations with various stakeholders
