Project management for PhD candidates

• How should I communicate with my supervisor, project partners and students?
• Discussion of specific questions related to issues arising in participant's own work

At the end of the course, participants will have project management methods and tools to apply in the management of their own projects, as well as know-how in (co-)leadership of projects. Participants will be able to:

• perform a project environment analysis
• structure and plan a project
• guide and control a project in a meaningful way
• establish a project communication plan
• communicate appropriately in different situations
• develop their research in an innovative way
