Career planning workshops

As part of the Action Plan 2025-27, this initiative supports postdocs in planning their further career.

In collaboration with UZH Career Services, we offer two tailored workshops – one for early-stage postdocs and one for those in a more advanced phase. These workshops aim to lay the foundation for well-informed career decisions, both within and beyond academia. At the same time, they offer a protected space for reflecting on non-academic career paths and developing concrete next steps.
