The courses of the Graduate Campus are aimed solely at postdoctoral researchers and senior teaching and research assistants at the University of Zurich.
Exceptions cannot be made.
The status as a postdoctoral researcher and/or senior teaching and research assistant at UZH will be verified.
Following registration, an automatically generated email is sent to confirm that the registration request has been received. Registrations are prioritized based on date and time received.
The registration is binding and it is necessary to participate in the entire course. A confirmation of participation can only be given to those who participate in all course sessions.
Most courses have a registration fee (see course description for details) - an invoice will be sent by the GRC coordination office.
It is possible to cancel a course registration by email (kurse@grc.uzh.ch) until two weeks before the first day of the course. Those who cancel less than two weeks before the start of the course are obligated to pay the entire registration fee unless, without being prompted, a written excuse is submitted with the respective documentation to the Graduate Campus. Graduate Campus decides whether or not the excuse is valid. Only urgent, unforeseeable and unavoidable reasons can be accepted. Those who would like to cancel their course registration are asked to do as soon as possible so that other interested persons on the waiting list can have a chance to participate.
No-shows: Those who fail to attend a course for which they have registered without cancelling beforehand are obligated to pay the entire registration fee unless, without being prompted, a written excuse is submitted with the respective documentation to the Graduate Campus office. Graduate Campus decides whether or not the excuse is valid. Only urgent, unforeseeable and unavoidable reasons can be accepted.
